Ordering
Just click on a category that you are interested in. Then click on the pictured
design that you like. Enter the quantity and requested information into the
fields. Click the Add to Cart button. And either Continue shopping the way you
just did, or click proceed to checkout.
If at anytime you want to checkout, just click on any product, then click on a
View Cart button and you can begin checkout from there.
Claims
Any claim for shortage or error in style must be made within 5 days of receipt of the shipment.
Any claim for shipping refund on a late delivery must be made within 5 days of the delivery.
Any claim for non-receipt of a package must be made within 30 days of the order being placed.
Cancellations
Cancellations on any product already shipped will be treated as a return. Orders over $500, custom orders (orders for products in any other way than they are stocked) are not cancelable.
Order Changes
We are not able to change orders once they are placed. Sometimes,
in an emergency case, we can do it; but it is never guaranteed. Due
to our consolidated shipping, multiple pickups throughout the day and dependence
on proper ordering, we can only guarantee to try to change the order (in
an emergency instance.)
Minimum Order
There is a minimum order of $25.00 per package.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Shipping time
Next day, second day, and ground shipping options are available. This means that
your order will be shipped the service that you choose *once the order is
ready*. If the purchase includes items that are not usually shipped in 24 hours,
then this can be from 1 day - 10 days. If you are only ordering items marked
"Usually ships within 24 hours", it is ordered before 3:00 EST and in
stock, then it will ship that day. In the rare case that an item marked
"Usually ships within 24 hours" is out of stock, then it will usually
ship within one to two days. Holidays and weekends do not count.

***For International shipments, only the shipping costs are noted. Customs, duty and other import related charges if collected in your country would be the responsibility of the purchaser.
If an international shipment is refused and the carrier demands duties to be
paid, we will pay them and it will be charged to the customer in addition to a
service/billing fee. If the courier service attempts delivery unsuccessfully, where the courier begins return to sender procedure then all costs will be the responsiblity of the customer and if the product is received by us, then only the product value less it's appropriate restocking fee and less any extra costs incurred to our company (such as freight, duties and duty related fees) will be refunded.

Lifetime Warranty
If for any reason your tiara, crown, or other product purchased from
ejools.com breaks, send it back for prompt repair or replacement. We will
fix/replace it whether it is a manufacturing defect or broken for any other
reason.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of the business, we offer 2 options for returns:
30 day exchange equal or up policy - This means that if you would like to
exchange an item within 30 days of receiving it, you may exchange it for a tiara
that is the same price or higher. You will only need to pay the difference and
additional shipping.
or
Refund - 30 day merchandise cost refund with a 25% restocking fee.
